nuMOM nutrition offers shipping through US Postal Service Priority Shipping to orders within the US. For rates to other destinations, information on shipping to wholesale accounts or retail locations or other special inquiries, please contact us through our "Contact Us" page.
Orders received Monday - Friday before midnight (EST) on in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days. (Often your order ships the very same day M-F.)
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the next business day. When closed for normal holidays your order ships the following business day.
Returns
Our Satisfaction Guarantee policy covers all of the nuMOM nutrition products. You may return any product within 60 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less shipping charges.
For returns, please email us at support@nuMOMnutrition.com for any additional return information and please include the following information with your returned goods and send to the address below. If this information is not included, refund can take longer to receive.
